We ship all of our products using either the Swiss Postal System and or DPD.
Shipping within Switzerland: We will ship your order within 3 business days. You can expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipping date. VAT will be added at checkout.
Shipping within Switzerland for orders is free
Shipping to the EU: We will ship your order within 3 business days and you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days from shipping date.The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the final weight of the order. The prices for our products are listed without the inclusion of VAT. Customs or import duties as well as handling fees and applicable taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the customer.
EU orders shipping rate flat 18CHF.
Shipping to the North America, Middle East, Asia, Australia, NZ: We will ship your order within 2 business days. Your products will be shipped priority shipping and will arrive within 10-15 business days from shipping date. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the final weight of the order. Customs or import duties as well as handling fees and taxes may be charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the customer.
International order shipping rate is flat 35CHF
Depending on size, it could be that we have to ship your products in more than one parcel.

Once your product is shipped we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can then track your package here: Die Post Track+Trace or DPD Tracking.

Taxes, Custom, and Import Duties
Within Switzerland: The prices for our products are listed prior to the addition of VAT. VAT in Switzerland is 8.1% and will be applied at checkout.
Shipping to the EU: The prices for our products are listed prior to the addition of VAT. Products shipped from Switzerland into the EU are subject to local VAT and may be subject to import duties. These will be collected upon delivery and is customer’s responsibility.
Other international destinations: Customs or import duties as well as handling fees and taxes may be charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges. The duties will vary by country, and we suggest to check with your local post office.
Payment Methods
We accept payments by VISA, MASTERCARD ,PAYPAL, TWINT. These payments are processed through a secure payment system.
We also accept payments through Bank Transfer. In case you choose Bank Transfer, we will email you the details to transfer the bill amount. Upon receipt, we will ship the goods to you.

Product Returns or Exchange
In case you receive a product with some fault or damage, we will accept the product to be returned within 10 days of receipt. We make sure that our products are damage free and fault free and are of high quality. On occasion, however, items may need to be returned. Follow these steps if you wish to return the product.
E-mail us at info@peacock-shop.com with the reason for your return.
Upon receipt of your e-mail, we'll send you the details along with address to ship back. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will e-mail you. This will act as confirmation that a refund has been processed. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for the funds to appear on your account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping charges will be customer’s cost. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED FROM OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND, LIECHTENSTEIN.
